had not only babysat him for a larger part of her high
school years but she worked with his dad. not even

fuck this was real. that picture was real – and she had sent it to him?
brow furrowing at the sheer idea of someone even wanting to do that,
Stiles had to take a moment to let it all settle in because it just didn’t
make any sense to him at the moment. he had gone through all his
high school years practically drooling after this woman – but so had
practically the entire rest of the male population of beacon hills high
school ( Danny Mahealani was probably an exception, but even he
knew when to appreciate certain beauty, and Laura Hale was certainly one ) .
the only reason they knew of each other was their innocent past of her
amusing him for a night with movies and food and then putting
him into bed at a reasonable time —-
none of which ended in a manner that some would wish nowadays.
( plus, he had been in elementary school. gross. )
other than that though? sure, she was working for his father now,
but they hadn’t really had a full on conversation since he came back.
and honestly —- he hadn’t been expecting one.

her jaw fell open, just a little, as his name popped up across her screen.
stiles stilinski was, in fact, not the person she had meant to send those to.
in fact she hadn’t meant to send them to anyone. she had meant to delete
them and, apparently, had failed. how her phone got sending to stiles from
sending them to the trash, she wasn’t aware, but it had happened and now,
the boy she had spent her youth babysitting had pictures of her - naked - on
his phone.
in an attempt to play it cool she coughed, and finally thought of a way for this
to play out in her favor - as if she had meant to send nudes to stiles and not
just that she was technologically illiterate.

This was not happening to him – there was literally no way that the universe decided to descend a miracle upon him and make a girl – no, correction, woman – actually send him something even slightly scandalous. No fucking way. He was Stiles Stilinski, and his life just didn’t ever go in a direction that actually allowed him to get lucky. Plus —— this was Laura Hale. She practically babysat him when he was younger, and was a good amount of years older than him too. So he had to of been dreaming.
This was a dream.

Okay, so it wasn’t a dream.
Grumbling to himself, Stiles rubbed at the red skin he had just pinched absurdly hard, shaking his head as he fumbled with his phone, leg bouncing from where he was sitting, laptop now forgotten behind him as his brown eyes focused in on the text messages practically taunting him. Torturing him… slightly turning him on, too, but the little boy comment? Not so much.
