”What was I supposed to do—
let the demon live? You
could have just walked away.”
Statements that were true but, he felt, were ineffective
in the end. Given his insistence it seemed that no
matter what Stiles would be drawn towards danger
like a moth to a flame no matter what he said.
Commenting on his
sweaters with that
tone, however, was
not at all acceptable.
”My sweaters are comfortable
and sensible, there’s nothing
wrong with wearing sweaters.
(Plus, they
hid weapons
very well.)
“No, actually, I couldn’t of
just walked away from that.”
( it was not in the Stilinski nature to walk away
from things like that. especially if said things
could technically tear him apart if need be —-
or, well, he’d like to see them attempt to.
demon or not, Stiles had experience under
his belt from too many unfortunate occurrences
that Beacon Hills had brought before college
took him away. he’d have to sacrifice a moment
of vulnerability at one point to figure out how to
get an upperhand —- thankfully, that moment
had yet to come rearing it’s ugly head though. )
“There’s nothing wrong with sweaters, no.
Just– your sweaters, really.
I’m going to utter an ancient proverb –
from the inspiring artist known as Macklemore –
‘I wear your granddad’s clothes’.
Except you don’t really look incredible.”
( okay, the sweaters didn’t look that bad,
but Alec's look of annoyance was kinda funny. )
